Participants are all stakeholders in agriculture field; lecturers, researchers, policy makers, educators, practitioners, entrepreneurs, farmers, students and the private sector
- Participants consist of presenters and non-presenters.

- One presenter can have for a maximum of 3 ID numbers.
- A presenter who has more than one ID number
- He or she will be charged fully for 1 ID number according to the provisions and then will be charged as the online presenter for another number.
- He or she will get 1 complete facility package as an offline participant. For other ID numbers, he or she will get a package as an online participant but with a printed certificate

- The presenters can join as oral or poster presenters
- For oral presenters
- Participants who received LoA must prepare their presentation material in PPT form (7 minutes of presentation and 3 minutes of discussion).
- For poster presenters
- Participants who have received LoA must create their own poster with the following structure: title, author, affiliation, abstract, introduction, method, results, and conclusion. The poster is presented in an X Banner measuring 60 x 160 cm with a standing banner (provided by the presenter).
- All offline poster presenters must stand close to their posters during the assessment
